For this project, we delivered integrated environmental and building performance studies specifically to support EIA compliance and appraisal requirements. Our scope included software-based simulations for daylight, shadow, ventilation, and urban heat island (UHIE) analysis, conducted as part of environmental assessment studies. We also carried out a detailed ECBC assessment in line with Bureau of Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation Building Code requirements. The study further included traffic impact analysis using advanced simulation tools, covering evacuation planning and swept path analysis All studies were undertaken to support EIA documentation and appraisal in accordance with MoEFCC guidelines and submissions to SEAC, ensuring compliance with statutory environmental requirements.
