We develop a digital twin model as per the architectural design in IESVE, incorporating zoning, geometry, and space usage. The building envelope is defined with detailed thermal properties (U-values, materials, glazing performance), and all internal heat gains are assigned, including occupancy, lighting, and equipment loads.
Thermal load calculations are carried out considering solar gains, ventilation, infiltration, and climate data, enabling accurate estimation of peak cooling/heating loads for HVAC sizing and system optimization.
