For a large-scale development of approximately 7 lakh sq.m, we undertook comprehensive environmental and building performance studies to support EIA compliance and appraisal requirements. The scale of the project required advanced and detailed modelling approaches to ensure accurate analysis. Our scope included software based simulations for daylight, shadow, ventilation, and urban heat island (UHIE) studies, along with ECBC assessment in alignment with Bureau of Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation Building Code. We also carried out traffic impact analysis (including evacuation and swept path) and carbon footprint assessment using One Click LCA.

All studies were carried out to support EIA documentation and appraisal as per MoEFCC guidelines and submissions to SEAC, ensuring compliance with statutory environmental requirements
